I- General

By placing an order, the buyer expressly accepts the following general terms and conditions of sale.

II- Payment

Unless otherwise stipulated, our invoices are payable before dispatch of the goods. Any delay in payment will result in the buyer, without the need for formal notice and without in any way reducing the legal and enforcement costs: the monthly payment of interest based on 1.5% of the amount due a fixed indemnity equal to 15% of the amount outstanding with a minimum collection of 65 €.

III- Transport risks

All shipments, even carriage paid, are made at the buyer’s risk.

IV- Complaints

All complaints must be sent to us by registered letter within eight days of written notification of receipt of the goods.

V- Delivery times

Delivery times are given as an indication only. No order may be refused on the grounds of late delivery. Late deliveries may not give rise to damages. All cases of force majeure and, in general, all events beyond our control, which prevent us from fulfilling our commitments, exempt us from any commitment without further action. No goods may be returned without our written authorisation.

VI- Order cancellation

In the event of cancellation of an order, the purchaser must notify us of this by registered letter within five days of placing the order. In this case, the costs will be charged and incurred. Any offer not accepted by return of post must be understood to be non-binding. The handing over of the printing order signed by the customer releases us from any liability for errors or omissions found after printing.

VII- Transfer of ownership of goods

Century Box MAINETTI reserves ownership of the goods delivered to the client until the full price of the goods has been paid.

VIII- Jurisdiction

In the event of a dispute, the courts of Brussels shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

IX- Intellectual property

The graphic designs, logos, layouts, images and packaging models developed, proposed or adapted by Century Box MAINETTI are the property of Century Box MAINETTI and may not be used without its express written authorisation.
